The Penrith Professionals Real Estate is monitoring the evolving situation in relation to the impact of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). Given the recent Federal Government decision to move to stage 2 to help control the spread of the virus we wanted to let you know that we are still open for business but with some changes in order to keep our staff and our clients healthy and safe.
We remain easily contactable via phone, email and social media or video conferencing. We would love to hear from you and answer any questions you may have about one of our properties, the local real estate market, your own home or any property related advice that you may be seeking during this period.
Our doors as of today will be open by appointment only the same goes for any sales or rental inspections. Should the decision be made by the government to shut our doors completely we want you to know that preparations are in place to work remotely should the time come. This means our service will continue for all of our clients in this very difficult and uncertain time.
These government restrictions for some people doesn’t change the fact that they may be searching for a place to call home for rent or for sale or are in need of an investment property or require assistance with their investment. We are STILL here and can assure our clients our service continues. Private inspections and in-person negotiations will for now go ahead but with restrictions. We will ensure measures are taken to support social distancing and hygiene principles.
We would like to remind our clients to contact us via email or phone should you require maintenance or assistance with your property and can assure you our day to day practices are continuing. Another reminder to our tenants to refer to your lease for any urgent out of office hours repairs that are needed.
Another main focus at this time is to assist our clients with ensuring their properties are sold or leased and to help tenants that are under proven hardship in being able to continue to pay rent and inturn ensure our landlords are keeping their mortgage commitments. The economic effects from the virus are uncertain but we are here to help as best we can and have the necessary information to point clients in the direction of government assistance or banking help.
