-If you are a tenant and have COVID-19 related enquiries regarding your property, rent payments or arrears we ask you to please email us with the subject COVID-19-tenant
-If you are a landlord that needs assistance in relation to your property and your tenants please email us with the subject COVID-19-landlord
-If you are a client in any capacity and have a general enquiry regarding maintenance or property enquiry for sale or rental please email with the subject General-and the address.
-If you are a sales client please email the enquiry@penrithprofessionals.com.au with the subject sale-and the address.
In this difficult time we have specific staff set up to deal with allocated enquiries and this system will help us best action your requirements as fast as we can.
Please also remember that we are doing our best to keep our staff safe and healthy which means we have minimal staff in the office at any one time with some working remotely so please do not email staff members directly instead use the enquiry@penrithprofessionals.com.au.
We would also like to remind our tenants that if you have urgent maintenance issues after office hours please refer to your lease for our preferred trades people.
