We would like to thank the sales team at the Penrith Professionals for their hard work in selling our unit. After having had numerous problems with the agency we used prior to going with Professionals, Ben was like a breathe of fresh air. From the moment we met up with Ben he was very professional, friendly and enthusiastic. We believe he gave us the most honest and accurate feedback on the value of our property.
Ben’s eye for detail, assertiveness and exceptional communication skills helped keep us at ease throughout the entire process. He kept us well informed of buyers’ feedback, regularly updated and returned phone calls quickly.
We particular liked the selling method (of ‘Offers Over’) that Ben explained to us in detail that a few other agents (from other companies) shied away from. This selling method helped enabled us to capture a larger net of buyers.
Though we didn’t get as high a price for our unit as we had hoped, it only took two open houses to find a number of buyers who were making offers on our place without having to lower the price as our previous agent continually suggested. We felt that the quality of buyers Ben brought through was also much higher than those we had seen with the previous agency. Perhaps this was due to the screening processes he uses to better understand his buyers and their requirements.
We have no hesitation in recommending Ben Burrell to any future sellers and hope he continues to be this professional for future properties he sells as he has a great future ahead of him.

I had a very good experience with Ross Heidtmann and the Professionals Team from Penrith.
On meeting Ross I could tell he would be honest and was not just going to tell me what I wanted to hear. My townhouse was sold at the first open, however due to the buyers the sale fell through.
Ross and his team in three days turned around this disappointment to arrange a very successful second open home with 10 groups coming through and re-selling the townhouse for the same money and conditions.
I would highly recommend to any who asked to use Ross and his team!!

When we first spoke with Ross about putting our property on the market, straight away I could tell he was straight up in the way he spoke and had a sense of honesty about him.
When we decided to actually put it on the market and included us in photo selection and even approve the editorial that he had written.
The property sold first open house for a price that we were over the moon with.
