After doing some research we recently decided to place our investment property on the market, we decided to do some “Real Estate Shopping” but we found ourselves confused and undecided about which agent to appoint, it was like a seagull fighting over a hot chip! We thought we found an agent that we were happy with when we received a phone call from Andrea of The Professionals, at first we were dismissive of them because of the amount of information we were getting from almost every agent in Penrith trying to get our business, but relented and decided to meet with them. We sat down and straight away Richard and Andrea impressed us with their “can do” attitude, we felt comfortable with their demeanor and approach to our property. They asked us to set a target for them to reach so we gave them what I thought was an unobtainable amount, I commented to my wife that “there is no way that they would reach that target”, but they agreed to it and we signed up. The next weekend it was sold! Not only had they reached the target but they surpassed it, I was dismayed by the result, not only did they get a great result but Andrea informed us every step of the way either by text or by phone, we have nothing but praise for the team at the Professionals as our experience was a good one.
