Andrea had been recommended to us and after meeting with her we felt that she understood what and how we wanted to achieve our sale within a confined timeframe. After following her suggestions and ready for sale, we signed with Andrea, arranged for photos and her photographer she uses is fantastic. We had a record number of people attend our open home and there were 4 potential buyers and Andrea followed them up very quickly and we accepted an offer the next day. Andrea was extremely good in communicating with us through out the whole process: from the moment we met her to the settlement day.

From my experience, dealing with Ross and The Professionals at Penrith was very positive from the word go. Ross made time to meet with me the very next day after our first phone conversation. You asked if I could give you some feedback in relation to the sale of our property in Preston Street, Penrith.

Firstly, we were extremely impressed with Ross’ ability to listen to our needs and requests before placing the property on the market.

We were also very impressed with the way the open house was advertised and executed on the day.

The thing that impressed both Joe and I the most, was Ross’ constant communication between both of us until the property sold, and this at times involved Ross to work way beyond normal business hours.

We would not hesitate to recommend your business to sell a property, nor would we hesitate to purchase a property from Ross, reason being, Ross has integrity and he is completely honest.

As you are aware, our first sale fell through, and Joe asked Ross what he was going to tell the next bidder, he told Joe that he was going to tell him the truth, we both admired this because it made us feel we really had chosen the right person to sell our property
