Phone: 02 4725 3100 Richard Heidtmann is the youngest child of Terry and Monica, Principals of the Penrith Professionals. He started his career in the firm in 1991 firstly in the Property Management Department where after a few years he took over as the Property Manager, a position he held for 7 years. This experience enables him to give professional sound advice to investors and those wanting to invest for the first time; knowledge is crucial and he has it. In 2001 Richard joined the Sales Team. He is exceptional in this field and his awards testify to this. Richard has been the Professionals Number One Salesman for NSW and Top 3 Salesman Nationally for the past two years for the highest number of properties listed and sold. Throughout his career he has been in the Top 2% in Australia for the value of properties sold with over $160 million worth of property successfully settled through him directly. Richard was born and raised in Penrith attending St Nicholas Catholic Primary, St Dominics College and McCarthy Catholic Senior High. Richard currently resides in Jamisontown with his wife and their three children. The family business has been operating successfully for over 40 years, still located at the same site; when it comes to Real Estate and the Heidtmann family, it's just in their blood; they truly understand it and love it!
